WHO WE ARE
Most property teams run their operation across disconnected tools: one system for contracts, another for payments, a separate app for the locks, and a camera system nobody looks at until something goes wrong. Every gap between them becomes manual work — re-keying tenant data, issuing access by hand, chasing overdue accounts, walking the site to check a door.
EliteSys was built to close those gaps. We develop the management platform, the smart lock and access hardware, and the AI surveillance layer ourselves, so a lease, a payment and a door permission are part of the same workflow rather than three systems that need to be reconciled. That is what lets a single team run more sites, with fewer people on the floor and less time spent on admin.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are a young company, and we would rather be judged on how the product behaves on a live site than on how we describe ourselves. These three principles decide what we build and what we refuse to build.
Our team comes from running space operations, not only from writing software. Features start from a real problem on a real site — a move-in that takes too long, a lock that has to be opened by phone call at 11pm — and are judged by whether that problem goes away.
Adding a tool should remove work, not add a login. Every module we release has to connect to what the operator already runs in EliteSys: the lease knows the door, the payment knows the lease, the report knows both.
We build the platform and the smart devices in-house. Access rules, firmware behavior and API contracts are designed as one system, so we can fix an issue end-to-end instead of forwarding it to a hardware supplier.
OUR JOURNEY
EliteSys was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2024. The journey since is best told through the operations that run on it.
King Kong Mini Storage became the first operating environment, connecting online booking, payment, customer management and smart access into one workflow — designed around 24/7 self-service from day one.
Shipped: PMS v1 and EliteLock smart access
Bela Offices moved from traditional key management to connected smart access — centralized control, traceable entry records, and access as part of daily workspace operations instead of a separate hardware process.
Shipped: EliteLock smart locks and access management
Storefriendly launched a Macau pilot covering two facilities and 421 storage units — bookings, customer records, invoicing and smart-lock integration in one system, moving into live subscription service in December.
Shipped: Self-storage PMS and smart-lock integration
At One Pace, EliteSys connected resident records, contracts, payments, room allocation and smart access through one PMS workflow — access permissions now follow the resident lifecycle instead of being managed separately.
Shipped: Student Housing PMS and integrated smart access
At One Hub Kai Tak, EliteSys connected guest-room locks with gateways, entrance access and building-level controls — room access as part of a wider operating system rather than a standalone door lock.

EliteSys is deployed by operators in different markets, with different systems already in place. We work with partners in three ways — and we would rather build a small number of working relationships than publish a long logo wall.
Companies that sell, deploy and support EliteSys in their own market. We look for local sales capability, the ability to run installation, training or first-line support, and a clear regional focus. Partners register their customers and projects with us and work to agreed pricing and territory terms.
